2021.9 - 2022.11 宝能集团绩效管理研究

项目背景:分析并研究宝能集团及宝能汽车销售公司在绩效管理方面员工离职率高的现状,以及改进措施。
项目内容:深入了解宝能集团的企业背景,薪酬与绩效体系,通过远程视频方式采访两位宝能集团人力资源部领导,和收集调研相关资料和信息。通过分析相关资料信息、宝能汽车销售公司的组织框框和薪酬与绩效体系,结合采访记录分析,得出绩效管理存在问题并提出改进措施。
项目成果:项目周期为50天,根据调研和分析结论,结合企业绩效管理现状、发展目标以及员工离职原因,为企业提出优化改进方案:优化员工晋升系统,改善一线销售人员设计薪酬与绩效体系。该项目最终得出3000字分析报告。
2021.9 - 2022.11 Baoneng Group Performance Management Study
Project Team Leader
Project Background: To analyze and study the current situation of high employee turnover rate in performance management of Baoneng Group and Baoneng Automobile Sales Company, and the improvement measures.
Project content: In-depth understanding of Baoneng Group's corporate background, compensation and performance system, interviewing two leaders of Baoneng Group's Human Resources Department via remote video, and collecting relevant materials and information. By analyzing the relevant information, the organizational framework and the compensation and performance system of Baoneng Automobile Sales Company, combined with the analysis of the interview records, the problems of performance management were identified and improvement measures were proposed.
Project results: The project period was 50 days. Based on the research and analysis conclusions, combined with the current situation of the enterprise performance management, development goals and the reasons for employee departures, we proposed an optimization and improvement plan for the enterprise: optimize the employee promotion system and improve the design of compensation and performance system for front-line sales staff. The project resulted in a 3000-word analysis report.

项目背景:在疫情的环境冲击下,对莎莎公司企业变革研究分析。
项目内容:通过SWOT、PEST等方法分析了公司的相关环境,并总结出企业需要变革的原因及等级。通过OD模型详细的设计并制定了变革的方案以及评估变革的方法。
项目结果:根据最终的研究分析,得到了在疫情环境下公司的变革方案,和适合的企业战略。该项目最终得出2000字分析报告,并以PPT形式展示。
2021.2 - 2022.5 Corporate Change Study for Sasa Hong Kong

Project Background: Under the environmental impact of the epidemic, the corporate change study of Sa Sa Company was analyzed.
Project content: The relevant environment of the company was analyzed through SWOT and PEST methods, and the reasons and levels of change needed for the company were summarized. The OD model was used to design and develop the change plan in detail and the method to evaluate the change.
Project results: Based on the final research and analysis, a change scenario for the company in the epidemic environment, and a suitable corporate strategy were obtained. The project resulted in a 2000-word analysis report, which was presented in a PowerPoint presentation.

项目背景:在冲突管理课题下,研究分析情绪对薪酬谈判的影响
项目内容:设计并发放调查问卷,选取不同年龄段、性别、职业为调查对象。通过收集118份调查问卷,并进行二元回归分析法的数据分析以及文献研究等方法得出结论。
项目结果:根据分析得出最终相关性,分析了不同情绪对薪酬谈判的不同影响,提供了相关的建议和最终的结论。该项目最终得出了3000字研究报告,并以PPT形式展示。
2021.3 - 2022.5 Conflict Management Research

Project Background: Under the topic of conflict management, research and analysis of the impact of emotions on salary negotiation
Project content: Design and distribute questionnaires, selecting different age groups, genders and occupations as respondents. Conclusions were drawn by collecting 118 questionnaires and conducting data analysis by binary regression analysis method as well as literature research.
Project results: Based on the analysis the final correlations were drawn, the different effects of different emotions on salary negotiations were analyzed and relevant recommendations and final conclusions were provided. The project culminated in a 3,000 word research report, which was presented in a PowerPoint presentation.
2017.6 设计长春财经学院国交学院微信公众平台
设计并建设学院的微信公众平台,包括文案撰写,图文排版,图片设计以及公众号运营管理。并为学院设计和制作文宣品、各类海报、文化墙、logo、条幅以及展板,共计完成40余篇设计稿件。
2018.6 捷克导游兼职经历
在捷留学假期期间兼职当地中国旅行团导游,兼职期间共计完成17单,得到游客和上级的良好评价。
2019.5 参与组织 丝、茶、瓷丝绸之路的跨文化对话活动(捷克)
在捷留学期间参与组织浙江省在捷克的欧洲系列文化交流活动,参与会场前期筹备和会议进行过程中的相关工作。
2017.6 Designing WeChat public platform of Changchun University of Finance and Economics
Designed and built the college's WeChat public platform, including copywriting, graphic layout, image design and public number operation management. She also designed and produced publicity materials, posters, cultural walls, logos, banners and exhibition boards for the college, and completed more than 40 design articles in total.
2018.6 Part-time tour guide experience in Czech Republic
During my study holiday in Czech Republic, I worked part-time as a tour guide for a local Chinese tour group and completed a total of 17 orders during my part-time job, which received good comments from tourists and superiors.
2019.5 Participated in organizing the intercultural dialogue event of Silk, Tea and Porcelain Silk Road (Czech Republic)
Participated in organizing a series of cultural exchange activities in Europe in Zhejiang Province in the Czech Republic during the period of study in Czech Republic, and participated in the pre-preparation of the venue and related work in the course of the meeting.
